Payments:
We accept American Express, Discover, Visa, and MasterCard. In order to receive early bird discounts, special rates or promotions, full payment must be made prior to the offer expiration date. Any registration not paid in full at the time of the offer’s expiration date will be subject to the current rate at date of full payment. Full payment must be received 14 days prior to the event. Registrants will not be allowed access to the event in the absence of full payment. Invalid credit cards will not be processed, and registrations will be declined.

Substitutions:
Substitutions from your organization for other employees are welcome at any time but in all other respects attendee registrations are issued directly to the registering individual and cannot be shared with any other person during the Event. Purchase of registrations as agent for any third party, selling or otherwise transferring your registration to others, or exploiting the registration commercially or non-commercially in any way is strictly prohibited. All substitutions must be submitted in writing and approved by Arizent.

Cancellation by Attendee:
Attendees may cancel their registration at any time. If cancellation occurs 60 days prior to the Event start a refund of your registration fees less a processing fee of $200, if the value of the registration is less than or equal to $200 no refund will be issued, exceptions for municipal finance issuers will be less a $75 processing fee.  Unfortunately, Arizent cannot refund any fees for cancellations that occur less than 60 days prior to the event start date, or for failure to attend an Event. Cancellations impacting group sales may result in loss of group discounts. All cancellations must be sent by email to events@arizent.com and must be acknowledged by Arizent. Attendees agree by registering that refunds less fees are the sole remedy to cancellation and all additional liabilities are excluded.

Discounts:
All discount offers are for new registrations only and cannot be applied to any registrations submitted prior to receiving the offer. No refunds on current registrations will be issued, except as noted in the cancellation policy.
